Auto-updating Gold and Silver Spreadsheet for Coin &
Bullion Holders v2.97
This autoupdating spreadsheet updates prices live from http://www.kitco.com/,
including conversion rates for the Canadian Dollar, thus generating
results in $US and $CDN. Click on the
following thumbnails to see screenshots of the
Silver and Gold sheets. Also included are simple calculator s for
obtaining the value of an arbitrary number of grams or Troy ounces of
Silver or Gold.
V2.9 Update: The Kitco
CAD/US exchange rate was not shown correctly, at least after hours, so
it now points to http://www.xe.com/
V2.92 Update: After
the initial update, metals prices and CAD/US currency conversion will
be updated every 10 minutes on an open spreadsheet.
V2.93 Update: Another update

Just
enter the quantities of the coins or bullion you have and the
spreadsheet will keep track of the value of your portfolio. If you
enable the autoupdate feature and have an internet connection,
then your spreadsheets will update with live prices for Silver and Gold
as well as for the Canadian and U.S. Dollar exchange rate from Kitco.
You
can easily modify the spreadsheet to suit your own needs. I have made
some fictitious quantity entries to help give you an idea of what the
spreadsheet does.
